By downloading, installing, or using the GST Guru application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Purchase Terms

GST Guru is available as a one-time purchase of $0.99 USD through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process or store any payment information.

2.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made through the App Store/Play Store according to their respective refund policies. No refunds will be provided for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Changes in app features or functionality
  • User error or change of mind

Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. License to Use

Barnard Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use on compatible devices.

4. App Features

4.1 Calculation Accuracy

While we strive to ensure accurate calculations, the App is provided as a tool to assist with GST calculations. Users should verify all calculations and consult with tax professionals for official tax matters.

4.2 Local Storage

The App stores calculation history and preferences locally on your device. You can clear this data at any time through the app settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Use the App in a way that could damage or impair its functionality
  • Redistribute or sell the App or any part of it
